This mission is achieved through the study of God’s Word, personal evangelism, contact work, discipleship, and fun, relevant programming.

The Pastor is to be the shepherd over students and leaders. The Pastor is to be servant to all, representing a humble spirit and a Christian role model in all aspects of student ministries. Faithfulness, love, prayer, and integrity are of highest importance.

All youth staff / leaders are to be exemplary in their personal lives, their walk with Christ, and have a strong contagious desire to see youth know Christ in a personal way whether for the first time or in a discipling relationship.

The youth of L. C. S. M. are an incredible part and needed ministry in the church. Every effort will be made to meet their spiritual needs. In turn, we hope to also reach out and minister to the families they represent. Above all, love and prayers are to surround each student, the leaders, the programming, and be the distinguishing marks of the Lindsborg Covenant Student Ministries.
